Clearing Member means a Member of the Clearing Corporation and includes all categories of Clearing Members as may be admitted as such to the Futures & Options Segment of the Clearing Corporation. In case of a Clearing Member who is also a Trading Member of the Futures & Options Segment of the Exchange the term Trading Member could be read as Clearing Member.
